Acadia Healthcare: Piney Ridge Treatment Center Changes Name to Yellow Rock Behavioral; Has Lengthy History of Regulatory Violations

Piney Ridge Treatment Center, a 102-bed psychiatric facility for youth in Fayetteville, Arkansas, owned by Acadia Healthcare, received state approval to change its name to Yellow Rock Behavioral Health following a history of regulatory violations. These included incidents of sexual misconduct, staff misbehavior, and facility disrepair. Acadia, which operates three psychiatric residential treatment facilities (PRTFs) in Arkansas, including Millcreek and Little Creek, plans to relocate Piney Ridge to a new facility in Springdale.
