Acadia Healthcare: Father Files Lawsuit against Options Behavioral Health for "Torture" of 12-year-old Daughter

A Frankfort father has filed a lawsuit against a mental health facility, alleging they drugged his then 12-year-old daughter and held her against her will.

Craig Inman filed the lawsuit on October 7 against Options Behavioral Health and its parent company Acadia Healthcare, which operates facilities across the country.

"She was tortured and held hostage," said Craig Inman.
