Pennsylvania Psychologist Richard Lenhart, Already Jailed for Sexual Assault, in Court on Charges of Repeated Rape of a Child

A former State College (Pennsylvania) psychologist, accused of repeatedly raping a young child for many years appeared in court Wednesday morning for the start of his trial.

Richard Lenhart is accused of sexually assaulting the victim, "on a regular basis," for more than a dozen years, beginning in 2006 when the child less than 8 years of age.

The alleged abuse was not reported until 2019, after Lenhart had already been sentenced in a separate sexual assault case.
