Bakersfield, California psychiatrist Sean Andrew Sassano-Higgins surrendered his physician’s license, effective this month after an allegation of sexual misconduct with a patient, according to the state Medical Board.
The surrender of Sean Andrew Sassano-Higgins’ license took effect May 21st, according to medical board documents.
