Washington health department seeks to discipline psychologist David T. Bice; disciplined in Oregon in 2010

On April 5, 2013. the Washington Department of Health issued a statement of charges on psychologist David Thomas Bice, alleging unprofessional conduct, based on actions taken against Bice by the Oregon Board of Psychologist Examiners in September 2010. In that action, the Oregon Board reprimanded Bice and placed him on practice supervision for a minimum of one year. The Oregon Board’s document states that Bice engaged in boundary violations with two teenage female patients.
