Wyoming psychologist pleads guilty to health care fraud

Gibson Condie, a 57-year-old psychologist in Wyoming, pleaded guilty to health care fraud as part of a plea agreement with federal prosecutors.
He was originally indicted on 234 counts of fraud after being accused of submitting about $6.8 million in fraudlent bills to Wyoming Medicaid. The plea agreement calls for him to serve three years in prsion and pay about $2.3 million in restitution.
