Wyoming psychologist is charged with 234 counts of fraud

Gibson Condie, a Wyoming psychologist who was accused of submitting approximately $6.8 million in fraudulent health care bills, was indicted by a federal grand jury on May 19, 2017. He has been charged with 234 counts of health care fraud. The indictment accuses him of overbilling Medicaid for clinical assessments, billing for services that were not provided and billing for services that Medicaid did not cover.
