Washington psychologist Stuart Greenberg's license suspended following arrest on voyeurism charge
July 19, 2007
On July 19, 2007, the Washington State Board of Psychology suspended Stuart Greenberg from practice. According to the police report, a friend of Greenberg found a video of the office restroom in Greenberg's VCR, and turned it over to a woman who had been recorded. The woman found a recording device in the office and contacted police. Greenberg was arrested July 3 for investigation of voyeurism. The Board subsequently issued an Order suspending his license for "us(ing) the hidden camera to record, for his own gratification, images of others using the bathroom." The county prosecutor's considering filing criminal charges against him but he committed suicide before they could proceed. 1
