Virginia mental health counselor Gregory Briehl surrenders license following child porn conviction

On May 11, 2007, the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health Professions accepted the surrender of mental health counselor Gregory J. Briehl’s license for indefinite suspension. Mr. Briehl was convicted September 19, 2006 in the General District Court of Albemarle of two counts of unlawful filming. He was also convicted December 4, 2006 in Circuit Court for the County of Albemarle on 20 felony counts of possession of child pornography.”¹
