Universal Health Services: Foundations Behavioral Health Staff Charged with Assault of Patient

A staff member at Foundations Behavioral Health in New Britain Borough has been charged with felony counts of strangulation and aggravated assault after allegedly attacking a teenager who spit in his face.

Rashawn James Harris, 38, of Philadelphia, has also been charged with misdemeanor assault and summary harassment, police said.
