UK health professions council suspends psychologist Wilhelmus Draper for lack of competence

On April 1, 2012, the UK Health Professions Council suspended psychologist Wilhelmus Draper for lack of competence and misconduct. The Council’s document states that Draper failed provide appropriate treatment to “patient A,” in that he, among other things, failed to maintain appropriate professional boundaries, stated that patient A was psychic, advised her that she should be “regressed,” and failed to maintain adequate case files on patient A.
