UCSF psychiatrist arrested and charged with possession of child pornography

On May 11, 2017, Billy Lockhart, a 36-year-old resident at UCSF's Department of Psychiatry, was arrested and charged with possession of over 600 files of child pornography and distribution of child pornography. His boyfriend, Benjamin Martin, who lives with Billy, was also arrested for possession of child pornography.
