Two Former Oregon School Psychologists Convicted of Federal Controlled Substance Charges
April 30, 2026
A former school psychologist from Eugene, Oregon has pleaded guilty in federal court to drug trafficking charges tied to an online operation that shipped narcotics nationwide. Jennifer Blake, who worked for Eugene School District 4J, admitted to conspiring to distribute controlled substances, including methamphetamine, cocaine, and LSD, through a website called “Rocky Mountain Connections,” which prosecutors say she helped run from her home.
Authorities say Blake worked alongside co-defendant Amandra Heffelfinger, also a former Oregon school psychologist, and another co-defendant, all of whom have now entered guilty pleas to the same charges of conspiring to distribute controlled substances. The case was prosecuted in federal court in Ohio, and the charge carries a potential minimum sentence of 10 years depending on the quantity of drugs involved. Blake faces a possible sentence of life in prison and a $10 million fine.
Sentencing dates have not yet been announced.
