Third state takes disciplinary aim at psychiatrist Todd Clements

On November 13, 2013, the Medical Board of California issued an Accusation against psychiatrist Todd M. Clements, seeking to suspend, revoke or otherwise discipline his license.

Clements surrendered his license in the state of Texas in November 2013, following a November 2012 criminal conviction for obtaining controlled substances by fraudulent prescriptions.

In July 2013, the Arkansas State Medical Board summarily suspended Clements’ license in that state.
