Tennessee psychiatrist Alex A. Fider disciplined by state following criminal conviction

The Tennessee Department of Health placed psychiatrist Alex A. Fider on probation for three years with terms and conditions because he pleaded guilty to reckless aggravated assault. He was also assessed a $1,000 civil penalty plus costs.
