Tennessee placed psychologist Vickie Brewer on probation

On December 1, 2011, the State of Tennessee placed the license of psychologist Vickie R. Brewer, Ph.D., on probation for one year during which she must be supervised by a Board-approved supervisor at her place of employment. According to the Board’s Stipulations of Fact, Brewer supervised and allowed three employees to work as pediatric neuropsychological examiners when none of them were licensed by the state of Tennessee—action constituting unprofessional, dishonorable or unethical conduct.
