Staten Island school psychologist Cornelius Hoges busted for touching himself in front of girl

A Staten Island school child psychologist was busted Friday for touching himself during an interview with a 14-year-old girl, cops said.

Cornelius Hoges, 53, rubbed his private parts while he was alone with the young girl in his office at Intermediate School 72 Thursday, police said.

"The girl said he was playing with himself, but he had his pants on," a source said.

Hoges, who lives in Princeton, N.J., didn't touch the teen, but his gestures were suggestive enough that the young girl ran home and told her mother, sources said.

The mother went to the school and reported the sexual act, the sources said. Department of Education officials soon contacted the police, who collared Hoges in his office Friday, cops said. Hoges was charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a minor.
