State revokes psychologist Paul Perez Madrid's license on moral grounds

On September 25, 2013, the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Bureau of Health Care Services revoked the license of psychologist Raul Perez Madrid for, among other things, unprofessional conduct, unethical business practice, lack of good moral character and negligence-incompetence.
