State revokes counselor Juliana Joan Whitesell

On July 13, 2011, the Colorado State Board of Licensed Professional Counselor Examiners revoked the license of provisionally licensed professional counselor Juliana Joan Whitesell. According to the Board’s Final Agency Order, Whitesell, who does not possess a credential as a licensed professional counselor, used the designation “LPC” on a client disclosure statement in July 2008. The Order also states that Whitesell failed to submit two reports of child abuse/neglect to the appropriate agencies in a timely manner.
