State places counselor Michael W. Baker on practice supervision

On December 5, 2012, the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board suspended counselor Michael W. Baker for one year but stayed the suspension and placed him on practice supervision for one year, among other conditions.
The Board’s document states that Baker self-reported engaging in a dual relationship based on a personal friendship with a former client.
