State board censures psychologist Wesley C. Jones
January 3, 2013
On September 7, 2012, the Kansas Office of Attorney General issued a formal censure to psychologist Wesley C. Jones, Ph.D.
The document states that the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board reviewed a complaint against Jones and found probable cause of violations of [state administrative regulations regarding] unprofessional conduct,…engaging in professional activities, including billing practices…, involving…misrepresentation. Specifically, you had another individual perform intake interviews and other services for new clients but signed the psychological evaluation reports and billing claims yourself as the provider of those services.”
