State Seeks to Revoke Bond of Arkansas Psychiatrist Brian Hyatt; Ex-wife Seeks Protective Order

ROGERS, Ark. — The state of Arkansas is asking a court to revoke the bond of a Rogers doctor and issue a warrant for his arrest.
Court records show the state wants Dr. Brian Hyatt's bond revoked. Documents show he is out on bond for charges stemming from alleged Medicaid fraud in 2022.
On June 5, 2025, authorities say Hyatt was arrested for public intoxication in Rogers.
