Psychology board places Stuart L. Palmer on probation for records violations

On September 12, 2011, the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology placed the license of psychologist Stuart L. Palmer, Psy.D. on probation for three years. According to the Board’s document, Palmer admitted the Board had sufficient evidence to prove allegations against him of failing to maintain professional records; negligence in the practice of psychology and committing any misleading act or practice. In addition to probation, Palmer shall pay $1,800 to reimburse the Board its legal and investigative costs. He shall also undergo practice supervision for two years.
