Psychologist sued by mother of patient who committed suicide

Catherine V. Sayre, a West Virginia psychologist, has been sued by Crystal D. Adkins, the administrator of the estate of her daughter Emily Adkins.  

Adkins alleges that Sayre breached her duty to adequately and competently perform an evaluation on Emily Adkins' condition and that as a result of this, Emily committed suicide.
