Psychologist Raymond Lueck reprimanded for housing patient

April 17, 2013

On February 4, 2013, the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board reprimanded psychologist Raymond J. Lueck. The Board’s report states that Lueck filed a psychological report in a criminal matter in which his patient was facing sentencing. At the time he filed the report, the patient had lived off and on at his residence for several months. In his report, he wrote favorably of her living situation and praised her “mentor” but did not mention that the residence was his and that he was the mentor of whom he wrote. Lueck was the payee on the patient’s social security check, intending to assist her to avoid spending the money on drugs.
