Psychologist Isabel Ascani reprimanded following criminal conviction

On May 18, 2013, the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs reprimanded Beatriz Isabel Ascani, Ph.D., M.F.T., in response to disciplinary action taken against her by the licensing authority of another state. Ascani surrendered her license to practice in California following for conviction of a crime and dishonest acts, relative to her 2006 conviction for felony fraud, for which she was sentenced to 270 days in jail.
