Psychologist Cary N. Mack Gives Up License While Under Investigation

On November 16, 2017, the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Psychologists accepted Cary Nelson Mack's voluntary and permanent relinquishment of his license to practice psychology.
The Board's Disciplinary Action Report states that in giving up his license, Mack waived his rights to contest the charges against him, which included engaging in sexual intimacies with current patients, sexual harassment, violation of informed consent, and engaging in exploitative relationships, among other things.
