Pennsylvania revokes psychiatrist James Stanch’s license following drug conviction

On July 31, 2007 the Pennsylvania Department of State revoked psychiatrist James M. Stanch’s license based on his June 30, 2006 in federal court for distribution and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, for which he was sentenced to 57 months imprisonment. Additionally, Dr. Stanch surrendered his medical license in New Jersey in November 2006.1
