North Dakota Medical Board Revokes License of Psychiatrist Lloyd M. Bell

On November 22, 2019, the North Dakota Board of Medicine revoked the license of psychiatrist Lloyd M. Bell.

The Board’s document states that for more than twenty years, Dr. Bell managed Patient A’s medication and provided psychotherapy service to her.

During an appointment with Patient A on June 20, 2018, Dr. Bell engaged in an inappropriate conversation with Patient A about problems he was having in his marital relationship. This conversation included Dr. Bell making statements regarding what he was doing for “intimate satisfaction.” The appointment ended with Dr. Bell hugging Patient A.

The Board found this behavior to be a violation of North Dakota statutes regarding the conduct of physician, in that it constituted conduct that is dishonorable, unethical, or unprofessional, and that is likely to deceive, defraud, or harm the public.

What is this world coming too.?!!It seems that society in general is constantly digging deep to find something wrong with someone or something.!! Suddenly people are looking for something they can play victim too, like the FIGHTING SOUIX, WASHINGTON REDSKINS, DEVILS LAKE SATANS, CLEVELAND INDIANS & The greatest Dr.in this country, Mark Bell.. Mark Bell saved my life more than once over the past 20 years & I know other patients of his that would say the same.. Shame on anyone who thinks they are entitled to ruin this mans outstanding reputation & prevent him from saving lives.!! Shame on patient A GROW UP.!!!

As for us, his victims%u2026we still struggle to regain our lives back. Dr. Bell is a very dangerous man.

Dr. Bell conned, used me and dumped me. He is married. I believe Patient A's complaint. Conduct unbecoming of a psychiatrist.

He is dead now and it pi**es me off%u2026he never was made to stand to answer for the horror of what his actions actually resulted in. I cannot blame it entirely on him; there were plenty of complains,, suspensions, board meetings, disciplinary reports and even the relocating of him that are well documented and findable with research. The State of ND owes many many of us an apology; at the very least. Dr. Lloyd Bell was without a doubt; one of the most dangerous men in the world. Someone or some ethics committee somewhere failed miserably; and a lot of people got hurt. For the Dr%u2019s; pharma makes them feel like they%u2019re invincible ;until greed and/or addiction take control. The amount o loss and the damages caused is infinite. The depth of which his actions ultimately reached is ever growing even now as the years past. The scares; permanent.

I%u2019m not sure who patient A is, but if she%u2019s anything like Ashley Welsh? I feel sorry for her! Ashley Welsh lives off the proceeds of her only fans page. She%u2019s not anyone%u2019s victim! She%u2019s a lying , conning, game playing, manipulative deva! I%u2019m guessing these girls tried to cash in on Doctor Bells fortune, when it didn%u2019t work they cried wolf. Dr. Bell was my Doctor for probably 10 years! I looked forward to our visits! He was easy to talk to, and he helped me through a lot of real tough times. As for his wife, that cunt removed me from his client list, because she got jealous when Dr. Bell made time to see me, even if I wasn%u2019t scheduled! Therefore, I had to go cold turkey off Xanax, which resulted in seizures! Doctor Bell would have never made such an inhumane, irresponsible decision!!! In the future, the system needs to dig a little Deeper into the background of a Doctor%u2019s so called victims!!!

It%u2019s unnecessary, gross, and unproductive to resort to using such falsified uneducated commentary. Just because you didn%u2019t have the same experience as the patient before you; doesn't mean that it didn%u2019t happen. Shame on you. Educate yourself. He has many victims; as well as a handful who feel as you do.
That%u2019s narcissism 101. I%u2019d venture to guess that a good percentage of the folks who feel the same way as you have narcissistic tendencies. Again; this just being an educated guess. People like Bell get built up egos and thrive off their supply of select individuals whom they treat so greatly that those well treated persons stand up and defend them to the highest degree. Could or could not be the scenario here. That; we will likely will never know.
As far as your other comments go; I%u2019m unsure how you feel so much about my finances or how you assume I make my money. My OnlyFans (which ironically; you are a paying customer of) is not my only source of income but that%u2019s where that %u201Cuneducated%u201D term comes into play. I%u2019ve been a small business (3) owner for 16yrs, Founder of a region-wide non profit, private home rentals and sales for several years and I also consult for several businesses in Western ND. But your version is much more interesting than facts I guess.
