North Carolina School Psychologist Chris Reid Guilty of Disseminating Obscenity

Chris Reid, a former school psychologist in Buncombe County, North Carolina, pleaded guilty in May 2025 to felony disseminating obscenity after previously facing two counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Reid, 73, who had worked at multiple schools, was arrested in 2021 and resigned shortly after.
