New York suspends psychologist Yevgeniy “Eugene” Margulis for six months

On December 5, 2006, the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions' Board of Psychology suspended psychologist/master social worker Yevgeniy Margulis (a/k/a Yevgeniy D. Margulis a/k/a Eugene Margulis) for six months. Mr. Yevgeniy was found guilty of professional misconduct, having been convicted of 1st degree felony Medicaid fraud. The Board additionally fined him $1,250. 1
