New York social worker Ken Decter convicted of fraud, theft

On June 21, 2011, the New York State Office of the Professions granted license master social worker Kenneth D. Decter’s application to surrender his license. Decter admitted to having been convicted of Wire Fraud, Theft from an Employee Benefit Plan and Theft from a Health Care Plan (all felonies).
