New York psychologist Marvin A. Conan loses license for sex with a patient

On March 18, 2008, New York psychologist Marvin A. Conan surrendered his license to the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions. The Department’s information states that Mr. Conan admitted to the charge of committing conduct in the practice of psychology evincing moral unfitness to practice that profession in that he engaged in a sexual relationship with a patient. 1
