New Mexico revokes license of mental health counselor Arcilia Holguin for Medicaid fraud conviction

On or about November 20, 2012, the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board revoked the license of mental health counselor Arcilia Holguin. The Board’s document states that Holguin admitted to having been convicted of Medicaid fraud, for which he was sentenced to 18 months incarceration.

She now works as a school counselor I believe she got certified by illegal means she exploited children in her business and received 4 felony charges facing 35 years but only convicted of 3 felony crimes 2 with moral turpitude please due investigation - concern citizen
