Psychologist Matthew Graziano, executive director of the New York Police Department’s Health & Wellness Division, resigned following an Internal Affairs Bureau investigation that found he allegedly claimed to be working for the NYPD while actually performing duties at another job, including instances where he was reportedly not even in New York state.
