Minnesota psychologist admits to sexual assault of patient
April 10, 2018
Minnesota psychologist Eric Lester Felsch, 46, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct for having sex with a patient outside of therapy sessions.
He will be sentenced to three years and five months in prison on June 14th.
He was also accused of having sex with a patient during psychotherapy sessions but that charge will be dismissed at sentencing.
The county attorney’s office says any decision on whether he can be a psychologist in the future will be up to the Minnesota Board of Psychology. A message has been placed with the board to find out if Felsch could become a practicing psychologist again.
