Miami School Psychologist Robert Lee Turner Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

Miami-Dade public schools psychologist Robert Lee Turner was arrested Monday on child pornography charges.

"Mr. Robert Lee Turner didn't just counsel any children in Miami-Dade County, but specifically children with special needs," said Miami-Dade Public Information Officer Andre Martin.
