Mental health counselor Samuel Ciccolini suspended for criminal conviction

On January 21, the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board suspended the license of clinical counselor Samuel Ciccolini for six months based on a criminal conviction. According the Board’s document, on October 20, 2010, Ciccolini was found guilty in United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, of Structuring Financial Transactions to Evade Reporting Requirements, and of Making and Subscribing a False Tax Return, both felonies.
