Massachusetts psychologist disciplinary actions, July 2013

On July 16, 2013, the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation Division of Professional Licensure (DPL) assessed a fine on psychologist James Cremins for violation of the psychologist licensing board’s continuing education requirements.

On July 16, 2013, DPL assessed a fine on psychologist Don G. Elligan for violation of the psychologist licensing board’s continuing education requirements.

On July 16, 2013, the DPL assessed a fine on psychologist Lee R. Herringshaw for violation of the psychologist licensing board’s continuing education requirements. 

On July 16, 2013, the DPL assessed a fine on psychologist Susan E. Flood for violation of the psychologist licensing board’s continuing education requirements. 

On July 16, 2013, the DPL assessed a fine on psychologist Rosemary DeCroce for violation of the psychologist licensing board’s continuing education requirements. 

In September 2013, the Minnesota Board of Psychology denied the license application of psychologist Denise Wood. The Board did not publish details of any accusations against her.
