Massachusetts Psychiatrist Gustavo Kinrys Sentenced to 99 Months Prison for Health Care Fraud

Gustavo Kinrys, a Wellesley psychiatrist, was sentenced on Friday, June 7th to 99 months in prison after billing Medicare and private insurance companies for over $19 million in treatments he did not provide and using the funds to live a “lavish lifestyle” that included the purchase of a $2.1 million Nantucket home.
