Licensed clinical social worker Peter Small charged with lewd acts with child

On April 15, 2011, licensed clinical social worker Peter C. Small, was arrested on two charges of alleged lewd and lascivious acts on a child.  He pleaded not guilty and was released on a $90,000 bond on April 27.  Small worked as a counselor for Solano County’s Cornerstone Program, a “day program” for emotionally disturbed students.  He was arrested following a month-long investigation which was instigated by his employer after it received complaints in March 2011 of alleged lewd acts on a Cornerstone student.
