Kentucky Psychiatrist Jason Stamper Pleads Guilty to Distributing Amphetamines

In a signed plea agreement filed in his case ahead of his guilty plea hearing on Thursday, Jason Noah Stamper, 52, of Coal Run Village, admitted to prescribing Ritalin and Adderall to an undercover DEA agent on six occasions in 2022.
