Indiana psychologist may lose license after felony conviction

May 2, 2018

Psychologist Albert Fink’s license to practice psychology in Indiana could be revoked at a hearing later this month.

He was convicted of a felony last year for falsifying a mental evaluation in a criminal case.  He voluntarily surrendered his license to practice psychology as part of his plea agreement, but the license is still listed as active in the Indiana professional licensing database.

The Indiana Attorney General has now filed an administrative complaint with the Indiana Psychology Board which asks for punishment that could cost Fink his license.

The hearing before the Indiana Psychology Board is set for May 11.
