Former Wyoming psychologist pleads no contest to sexual assault charges

Joshua Popkin, a former psychologist in Gillette, Wyoming, pleaded no contest to two second-degree sexual assault charges as part of a plea agreement.
The charges against Popkin are related to two cases in which he was accused of using his position of authority as a psychologist to have sex with two female patients.
His sentencing is scheduled for January 11.
