Delaware psychiatrist Khaled Mirza reprimanded

On February 5, 2013, the Delaware Board of Medical Licensure issued a letter of reprimand to psychiatrist Khaled Mirza. The Board’s document states that from June 2010 to at least April 2011, Mirza, who was employed at Center for Human Development in Dover, Delaware, continued to write prescriptions using the prescription pad from his former employer, a violation of state prescription requirements.
