Counselor Erin F. Gwinn loses license following criminal conviction

On February 5, 2013, the Virginia Department of Health Professions suspended the license of professional counselor Erin Fay Gwinn, based on her conviction on a felony charge of conspiracy to commit false statements relating to health care matters, for which Gwinn was sentenced to six months in prison on November 13, 2012.
