Broadstep Behavioral Health: Lawsuit Claims Staff Stood by while Child was Physically and Sexually Assaulted

A new court filing claims a youth was physically and sexually assaulted while under the care of a behavioral health facility. The suit alleges that staff of Broadstep Behavioral Health in Kingstree, South Carolina stood by and watched while the boy was held down by one resident and beaten by another.
