Bradley Hospital Worker Arrested, Charged with Sexual Assaults of Child Patient

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A Bradley Hospital worker was arrested and accused of sexually assaulting an underage patient at the behavioral health facility in East Providence, Target 12 has learned.

Jose Montanez, 33, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault and indecent solicitation of a child. All three offenses are felonies.

He was arraigned on Thursday, where he did not enter a plea for each charge, and he was ordered not to have contact with the victim. He was released on $15,000 personal recognizance.
