Board denies psychiatrist Dana Stull's request for reinstatement of license

According to the June 25, 2010 report of the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, psychiatrist Dana D. Stull’s motion for reinstatement of medical license after suspension was denied.
On July 17, 2008, the Board suspended Stull’s license for one year, citing a narcotics violation.
Dr. Stull has a history of disciplinary actions with the Oklahoma Board: In 1996, Stull was placed on five years probation for alcohol/substance abuse and was suspended plus indefinite probation in 2003, also for alcohol/substance abuse.
