Arkansas Psychiatrist Brian Hyatt Arrested for 2nd DWI While on Bail Release for Fraud Charges

ARKANSAS, USA — Brian Hyatt, the former psychiatrist accused of Medicaid fraud, was behind bars once again for charges including driving while intoxicated (DWI), according to Benton County jail records.

According to the inmate report, Hyatt was arrested on July 3 for DWI, possession of an open container containing alcohol in a motor vehicle, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
